Lt.Hag has released a his OPT Utilities long time ago - here it is:
To edit the converted DXF files you need a 3D CAD program that doesn't mess up the order of the nodes. There are VERY view we know for now. One of them is ProtoCAD 3D (DOS), best bet in my eyes: Rhino3D

- Download Rhinoceros 3D (WIN95/98) free Beta Version (1.0) - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
This was one of the the last betas (Sept98), limited to 35 uses or so.
